Last updated on Tuesday, May 12, 2015

(BEDFORD) - Gregory Cramer of Oolitic was sentenced to the maximum sentence in prison after he pled guilty to two counts of child exploitation.

Lawrence County Superior Court I Judge Michael Robbins sentenced 54-year-old Cramer to 8 years for each count. The sentences will run concurrently. He will then spend two years on probation. He received credit for 417 days already served.

Cramer was arrested on March 20, 2014 after he gave drugs and money to three different teenage girls in exchange for sex and nude photos.

He was facing three felony charges of sexual misconduct with a minor, two felony charges of child exploitation and two felony charges of possession of child pornography, but those charges were dropped in exchange that he plead guilty to the two felony counts of child exploitation.

According to court records, a 14-year-old girl performed oral sex on Cramer, who she only knew by the nickname "Tater". He then performed the act on her and took nude pictures of the girl in exchange of cash and drugs.

That girl then provided police with the names of two other teens who had similar experiences with Cramer.

The second girl told police that Cramer had offered her money to clean an apartment. Cramer asked the 15-year-old to perform oral sex on him and allow him to photograph her nude. The girl fulfilled his request.

The third teen, who was 14-years-old, told police that she went to Cramer's apartment in Oolitic with Amber Prince. Once there, she showed Cramer a portion of her exposed chest. She then says Cramer touched her. He also asked the teen to perform oral sex on him, but she refused. Cramer did give the girl Lortab and Adderal in exchange for touching him and posing nude.

20-year-old Prince told police she has known Cramer for years and that when she was 18 when she allowed Cramer to take nude photos of her in exchange for cash.

During a search of Cramer's apartment officers found six rolls of film that were developed and showed nude photos of the teenage girls.

Judge Robbins ordered all evidence in the cast to be destroyed, and Cramer's cell phone to be wiped clean. Cramer also may not contact any of the victims and he is required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
