(BLOOMINGTON) - An IU football player was arrested early Saturday morning for OWI.
Isaac Griffith was taken into custody around 5 a.m. by an IU police officer. He was charged with OWI, endangerment and illegal consumption. He was released from Monroe County Jail on bond around 10 a.m.
You may remember Griffith nearly drowned during Spring Break 2014 when he caught a rip current in Florida. He had to be put into a medically induced coma, but was later released and told he would make a full recovery.
