(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested Saturday after police found marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
On Saturday afternoon, Bedford Police officers were called to check on a male that was passed out in the back seat of a vehicle.
When they arrived they found 31-year-old Sean McQuillan of Bedford.
McQuillan was checked by an ambulance crew and then arrested.
He is facing charges of disorderly conduct, possession of less than 30 grams of marijuana, public intoxication, dealing marijuana, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of drug paraphernalia.
