Archery Lesson And Family Fun Shoot At Patoka Lake Saturday

(PATOKA LAKE) - An Archery Lesson and Family Fun Shoot is scheduled Saturday at the Patoka Lake archery range. A naturalist and other certified archery instructors will conduct the intermediate archery lesson from 9 a.m. to noon. The event is an introduction to the sport and is open to beginner to intermediate archers, ages eight and up. Prizes will be awarded.

All archery equipment will be provided. Participation is limited to the first 20 registrants. To pre-register call the Patoka Lake Nature Center at (812) 685-2447.

The entrance fee of $5 dollars per vehicle for Indiana residents ($7 out of state) is required for the Newton Stewart State Recreation Area at Patoka Lake, located north of Wickliffe off Highway 164.
