(HUNTSVILLE, TN) - An Indiana man is dead and three others were injured following an altercation after a Trace Adkins concert late Saturday night in Tennessee turned deadly.

The incident happened at the Trails End Campground in Huntsville, TN during an ATV festival.

The incident left former Monster truck driver 52-year-old Tony Farrell of Hayden, IN, dead and a Cleveland, TN man facing charges of criminal homicide and reckless endangerment involving serious injury. He is currently being held in the Scott County Jail under a $500,000 bond

Detective Randy Lewellen with the Scott County Sheriff's Department in Tennessee says Adkins had completed his performance at the Full Throttle festival when 42-year-old Billy Jason Carson who was allegedly intoxicated started a fight in the concert area in the campground area around 11 p.m. Investigators say he returned to his Toyota 4-Runner and then drove the vehicle back to the concert area and threatened people with a gun and began spinning around in the SUV.

Carson's vehicle was finally stopped when it was rammed by another person driving a Jeep to allow security crews to detain him. Carson was reportedly a food vendor at the festival in East Tennessee.

Carson struck four people with his SUV. Farrell, who drove Monster truck Blue Thunder, died Sunday morning of injuries sustained. Three others were flown by helicopter to UT Medical Center in Knoxville.

The incident is under investigation by the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Scott County Sheriff's Department.
