(BLOOMINGTON) - Two men were arrested Monday night after a robbery at Big Red Liquors in the 2400 block of West Third Street in Bloomington.

Police say there were no customers in the store and no employees were injured.

A Monroe County Sheriff's Office deputy who was in the vicinity saw one of the men proceed to the railroad tracks behind the building. 28-year-old Victor Tucker fought with the officer and officers had to use pepper spray during the altercation.

Tucker was arrested on a felony charges of robbery and resisting law enforcement.

Police then found and arrested 34-year-old Michael Parker of Bloomington on charges of robbery. Qualters says Parker was the driver of the getaway vehicle.
