(BEDFORD) - With the chance of rain and cold temperatures moving in for most of the day on Saturday, Bedford Parks Department officials have cancelled their annual car show along the Lawrence County Courthouse square.
"With the rain, owners will not want to bring out their vehicles in those conditions," says Bedford Recreation Director Gary Dorsett. "I'd hate to cancel the show because of its popularity, it will be too hard to reschedule the event. We will hope for great weather next year."
Dorsett wants to thank everyone for their understanding and support.
