Six Arrested After Police Find Meth, Handgun, Marijuana In Paoli Home

(PAOLI) - Paoli Police Department officers and deputies with the Orange County Sheriff's Department arrested six people after they found meth, a loaded handgun, marijuana and drug paraphernalia at a home in the 600 block of West Wilson Street in Paoli Friday afternoon.

According to a press release, six adults and one juvenile were arrested. There were two small children in the home and they were removed by Department of Child Services.

Arrested were:

  • Chery L. Ratliff- Maintaining a common nuisance, Possession of methamphetamine with a handgun, Possession of marijuana, Possession of paraphernalia, and Neglect of a dependent
  • Hillary C. Preston- Maintaining a common nuisance, Possession of methamphetamine with a handgun, Possession of marijuana, Possession of paraphernalia, and Neglect of a dependent
  • Zachary W. VanWinkle- Maintaining a common nuisance, Possession of methamphetamine with a handgun, possession of marijuana, and Possession of paraphernalia
  • Thomas Z. Pemberton- Maintaining a common nuisance, Possession of methamphetamine with a handgun, Possession of marijuana, and Possession of paraphernalia
  • Billy J. Music- Visiting a common nuisance
  • Cassy D. Sanders- Visiting a common nuisance
  • Juvenile- Maintaining a common nuisance, Possession of methamphetamine with a handgun, Possession of marijuana, Possession of paraphernalia, and Neglect of a dependent
