(SEYMOUR) - Rep. Todd Young (R-IN9), in conjunction with the Jackson County Public Library and WorkOne Southeast announced he is hosting a job fair at the American Legion Annex in Seymour on Thursday, April 9.
Job-seekers will have the opportunity to connect with local employers for a variety of job openings.
The job fair is open to the public and will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. There is no cost to participate. Employers with available job openings can register through the 9th District Constituent Service Center in Jeffersonville at (812) 288-3999, or online at https://toddyoungforms.house.gov/job-fair-registration.
No appointment is necessary for job seekers. Job seekers are advised, however, to come ready to meet with potential employers and should bring multiple copies of their resumes. Career information and job search skills tips will also be available through WorkOne Southeast.
Indiana's 9th District includes all or parts of Brown, Clark, Crawford, Floyd, Harrison, Jackson, Johnson Lawrence, Monroe, Morgan, Orange, Scott, and Washington Counties in south central Indiana.
