(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was sentenced to six years in prison for burglary.
Superior Court II Judge William Sleva sentenced 20-year-old Dallas Knight to six years in prison after he pled guilty after a plea deal. He received credit for 266 days.
He was also facing new charges after he allegedly hit his head against a glass window while in jail, breaking the window.
According to court records, Knight pled guilty to breaking the glass and agreed to pay $725 in restitution to the jail.
He was sentenced to 120 days for that incident and was given credit for time already served.
Knight was also sentenced to 90 days for a violation of probation charge and was given credit for from time already served.
All three sentences are to be executed consecutively.
