(SULLIVAN CO.) - A judge has denied a change of venue request made by a man accused of murder.

The Sullivan County Prosecutor's Office charged Johnus Orr with the murder of Tiffanie Adams and her unborn son.

A farmer found her body on December 30, 2014. Orr is accused of strangling his step-sister and killing her unborn son; Adams was 8 months pregnant when she was killed. Orr has been charged with two counts of murder.

On March 4 Orr's attorney filed for a change of venue, which was denied.

Orr's trial is set for August 10 and he will be back in court on July 21.

At this time, officials are not releasing any information in regards to what the motive behind the murder was.

Adams was last seen on November 5 walking from her father's home on North Broad Street to her mother's residence nearly one block away. Her family reported her missing on November 7, 2014.

On the afternoon of December 30, 2014, a farmer found Adams' remains while harvesting corn in a farm field near CR 300 North and CR 325 East, northeast of Sullivan.

The coroner identified Adams' body by using dental records.
