(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man was killed Saturday afternoon when his truck hit a culvert in the 700 block of South Kirby Road in Monroe County.
The Monroe County Sheriff's office says 75-year-old Robert Rogers was traveling south on Kirby Road when his truck struck a vehicle preparing to back out of a driveway. Roger left the roadway, drove down an embankment and struck a culvert.
