(BEDFORD) - A Bedford woman suffered minor injuries in a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of L and 15th streets.
According to a Bedford Police report, 19-year-old Athena Hanner of Bedford was traveling north on L Street between 15th and 16th streets and was slowing her 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier, but didn't get stopped before the vehicle rear-ended a 2006 Honda Odyssey driven by 53-year-old Tracy Lee of Bedford.
After the accident both drivers pulled their vehicle into a nearby parking lot. As Lee exited her vehicle she fainted after seeing the abrasions to her knee.
An IU Health Hospital ambulance responded to the scene and treated Lee, who then refused to be transported to the hospital.
