(WASHINGTON CO.) - A woman reported she was allegedly raped on December 13, 2014 by a Washington County volunteer firefighter.
The victim told police she met 21-year-old Kelby Arthur Hash of Hardinsburg for a date and while on that date she was taken to the Posey Township Firehouse #2, on East U.S. 150 in Hardinsburg.
While there the woman alleges Hash raped her.
On Friday, Indiana State Police arrested Harsh on a charge of felony rape. He is being held in the Washington County Jail on a $20,000 full cash bond.
