(WASHINGTON) - Washington City Police arrested 3 people after an late Thursday and early Friday morning investigation.
22-year-old Mathew Babrick of Washington was charged with dealing and possession of marijuana/hashish and maintaining a common nuisance. His bond was set at $6,000.
21-year-old Jackellyn McGovern of Washington was facing possession of marijuana/hashish and was jailed without bond.
25-year-old Eryk Derifield of Washington was arrested for operating while intoxicated with a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/hashish, maintaining a common nuisance and 2 counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated with endangerment. Bond was set at $14,500.
