Seymour Man Sentenced For Dealing Meth

(BROWNSTOWN) - A Seymour man sentenced to 20 years in prison after police found him with baggies of meth.

49-year-old Silven Vires Jr., entered a guilty plea to a Class A felony of dealing meth.

Jackson County Circuit Court Judge Richard Poynter sentenced Vires to 20 at the Indiana Department of Corrections.

Vires was arrested March 4 when a Seymour Police officer pulled over his Ford Explorer at the intersection of Sixth And Ewing streets in Seymour and discovered the drug.
