(SEYMOUR) - The report of a drug overdose at a residence northwest of Tampico led to the arrest of a man on drug charges.
23-year-old Jordan Collins of Seymour was arrested Sunday evening after an officer assisting paramedics saw drug paraphernalia and heroin in the residence in the 5000 block of East County Road 400S, Seymour.
Jackson County Officer Rick Meyer also reported finding a hypodermic needle containing heroin that was ready to be used.
