(BEDFORD) - Local artist Brenda K. Stevens will host a solo show at the Wiley Art Center titled “Pieces of My Heart.”
The Wiley Art Center is located at 1402 J Street in Bedford. The show's opening reception is Friday, March 27, from 5-7 p.m., and the show will continue through Saturday, April 18.
Most of the collection named "Pieces of My Heart" contain still-life images of objects and memories related to family members, as well as those that express Stevens' opinions.
Stevens, a lifelong resident of Lawrence County, has a home in Mitchell that doubles as her studio. Stevens is also a member of the Lawrence County Art Association.
The Wiley Art Center is open to the public on Thursdays and Fridays from 1-6 p.m., and Saturdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
