Four Arrested For Stealing Gas At Lehigh Cement

(MITCHELL) - Four men were arrested on theft charges after they allegedly stole gasoline from Lehigh Cement Company in Mitchell.

After receiving a complaint from Lehigh officials that gasoline was being stolen from the company, Indiana State Police launched an investigation with Advanced Investigative Solution Inc., (AIS) of Simpsonville, Kentucky.

The investigation lead to the arrest of four employees.

Arrested were:

  • 36-year-old Bryan Tolliver of Mitchell, on a felony theft charge.
  • 48-year-old Charles Livingston of Mitchell, on a felony theft charge
  • 42-year-old Justin Henderson of Orleans, on a misdemeanor charge of theft
  • 56-year-old Daniel Brooks of Mitchell, on a misdemeanor charge of theft

All four were taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
