(ELLETTSVILLE) - Construction of Ellettsville’s new town hall could begin this summer as the town makes the final steps to purchase 47.5 acres of land next to the Ellettsville Police Department.
On Monday, the town council approved borrowing $500,000 from the utilities department to pay for the initial purchase of the land, as well as construction of a building.
