Last updated on Monday, February 16, 2015

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington woman was arrested after she and two other women were caught taking several pairs of Ray-Bans from LensCrafters in the College Mall Thursday.

According to a Bloomington Police report, a security guard approached the women in the food court. That is when they took off running. The two got into a gold vehicle and fled the scene. A third woman, 40-year-old Tawanda Brown, ran from the scene.

Bloomington Police found Brown at a nearby Steak N' Shake restaurant.

Brown refused to cooperate with police or identify the other woman with her.

She was arrested on charges of theft and battery.
