(SCOTTSBURG) - Two Florida men were arrested early Monday in Scottsburg in connection with a burglary at Radio Shack in Seymour.
30-year-old Abel Basulto-Lahera of Tampa, Florida and 32-year-old Armando Fernandez of Ocala, Florida were arrested around 5 a.m. on a charge of felony burglary.
Both men were taken to the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown, where they were being held without bond pending their initial hearings.
Seymour Police Chief Bill Abbott said investigators believe the men disabled the alarm system and then tried to bag and steal hundreds of dollars worth of expensive headphones.
