(BEDFORD) - Two Bedford men were arrested after they were found intoxicated in the parking lot of Tractor Supply early Sunday morning.
Bedford police arrested 19-year-old Shane Coulter of Bedford and 18-year-old Kinnon Kopp of Bedford on charges of illegal consumption and public intoxication after finding the two in the parking lot at 3:25 a.m.
