(BLOOMINGTON) - A Martinsville man was arrested after he refused to leave IU Health Bloomington Hospital and was caught sleeping and urinating in at least one of the rooms.
Police arrested 29-year-old Christopher Gutierrez on charges of criminal trespassing.
According to police, Gutierrez went to the hospital and requested a psychological evaluation. He was told he needed to go to Centerstone for the evaluation and was asked to leave the hospital.
Instead he went to two different room to sleep and urinated in one of them.
Police eventually found him sleeping in the emergency room lobby.
