(BROWNSTOWN) - A man owing nearly $75,000 in child support recently received an eight-year prison term in Jackson Circuit Court.
But 45-year-old Larry W. Rollins of Brownstown likely won't spend any more time in jail than the 232 days he has already spent locked up.
The Seymour Tribune reports, that's because Jackson Circuit Judge Richard W. Poynter suspended four years of his prison term and ordered Rollins to spend the remaining four years on home detention.
