The witness contacted the owner Chris Amstutz, who went to the store and discovered the burglary and contacted the Lawrence County Sheriff's Department.

Store security video captured images of the truck and the man.

"The male was is in and out of the business in less than two minutes,' Branham said. "The cash register drawer was open and cigarettes were missing."

No money was taken, because there was none in the cash register.

At 12:27 a.m. Tuesday, a caller reported that the same pickup truck was back at the bait shop.

Lawrence County officers rushed to the business. They then received another call that a man had entered the shop and was being restrained by the owners.

When officers arrived, they found the Chevrolet pickup truck and the door had been pried open with a crowbar.

Chastain was being restrained inside. He was arrested without incident.
