(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington Police arrested a homeless man Thursday night after another man reported he was sexually assaulted in a bathroom stall at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
57-year-old James Russell Clancy was arrested on a charge of rape at 9:12 p.m. and taken to the Monroe County Jail.
He is being held without bond.
