(BLOOMINGTON) - A popular vocalist of Bloomington-based band Elephant Quiz was arrested Thursday morning on drug charges.
Bloomington Police arrested 25-year-old Andrew Pickel and his girlfriend 21-year-old Billie Kay at their apartment on West Sixth Street on felony charges of dealing in a schedule I, II and III narcotics and possession of narcotics.
Police obtained a search warrant for Pickel's arrest after a police informant bought heroin from Pickel.
Bloomington police went to the apartment after obtaining an arrest warrant for Pickel and Kay.
