(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District announced winners of their poster contest.
This year's theme "Local Heroes: Your Hard Working Pollinators." Students were too express their knowledge about the importance of pollination and how we rely on it.
This year 331 posters were submitted from 17 classrooms representing 10 schools. The winners will be recognized at the Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District's annual meeting today at Spring Mill State Park. Their posters will now advance to the state contest.
