(MONTGOMERY) - The Barr-Reeve School Board approved the 2015-2016 school calendar.
School will begin August 4 for students with teachers returning on August 3. Students will have fall break October 12-16 as well as three days off in November for Thanksgiving. Christmas vacation will begin at the close of school on December 18 if there are no make-up days during the first semester.
Classes will resume on January 4 and if no snow days are taken, students will be out of school on February 8 and February 15. Students can possibly have two weeks off in March for spring break if school is in session each day. March 21-24 would be make-up days with spring break officially slated for March 25-April 1.
The last student day of the 2015-2016 school will be May 26 if no additional make-up days are needed.
Graduation will be at 2 p.m. on May 28.
