According to a probable cause affidavit, officers were called after the woman was alerted that Walls was inside her home. She had been at the neighbors.

The woman told police she had left her door unlocked when she went to the neighbors and when she went back to her home after being alerted someone was inside she found Walls in her kitchen.

The woman found Walls intoxicated and finally after numerous pleas to leave, she was finally able to force him out of her home.

The woman then ran back to the neighbors and then went to the property manager for help.

The property manager told police her dog began barking which prompted her to look outside and see Walls on the porch of the home and then enter the home. The property manager told police Walls was not allowed on the property.

Police were unable to find Walls and a warrant was issue for his arrest and he was arrested the next day.
