Two Arrested On Public Indecency Charges

(WASHINGTON) - Two people were arrested on Monday for possession of a syringe and public indecency in Washington.

35-year-old Christina Clark and 35-year-old James Hubbard are both being held at the Daviess County Security Center without bond.
