Bloomfield Woman Arrested In Drug Bust

(SHELBURN) - A Bloomfield woman was arrested after Indiana State Police discovered meth, the products to make meth in a Shelburn home.

Officers went to the home around 11:30 a.m. Monday, after they received a tip about a possible meth lab.

At the home in the 600 block of North Pennsylvania Street in Shelburn officers found the end process of meth manufacturing, along with items commonly used in the production and use of meth.

They arrested 24-year-old Jessica Nelson of Bloomfield on the preliminary charge of visiting a common nuisance and 57-year-old Bradley Stuck of Shelburn on preliminary felony charges of manufacturing meth, possession of meth, illegal dumping of controlled waste, maintaining a common nuisance, and reckless possession of drug paraphernalia .

Stuck's 81-year-old mother was also at the home and removed for her safety. She was released to other family members. Police say she was not involved in the criminal activity.

The investigation was conducted by ISP Meth Suppression Troopers Shilo Raulston, Adam Edwards and Erik Smith. Assisting was Sullivan County Sheriff's Deputy Jason Bobbitt.
