Bedford Public Library Events To Focus On Writing and Learning To Crochet

(BEDFORD) - Upcoming events at the Bedford Public Library will focus on writing and learning to crochet.

Writer's meet-up event will take place from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. in the program room Jan. 22. Attendees will discuss how the writing group will function, meeting times and more. All writers who are interested in talking about the craft with other writers are welcome.

Learn to crochet a scarf on Jan. 22 from 1:30 p.m. till 2:30 p.m. Attendees will learn the basics of crochet and begin a scarf. All supplies are provided. Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult helper. Although there is no charge for the program, registration is requested. To register visit www.bedlib.org or call 275-4471.

Winter crafts are ready for creative minds through Monday and include snowflakes, a winter mobile, coloring sheets, a word find and a winter crossword puzzle.
