(BEDFORD) - A Bedford man was arrested Thursday on a felony charge of child solicitation.
35-year-old Dustin Mills was arrested after Lawrence County police were notified on Christmas Eve after the grandmother of the girl found sexually explicit messages and photographs on her granddaughter's cell phone.
The child was interviewed at Susie's Place in Bloomington and after an investigation by detectives and Child Protective Services, a search warrant was issued for Mills' home.
Officer recovered digital evidence and Mills was arrested.
