(BLOOMINGTON) - A resident in the 500 block of East Kirkwood Avenue called police Saturday night to report she had called to activate a cell phone that she had brought from someone on Craigslist and discovered the phone had never been purchased from a store and likely was stolen.
Bloomington Police are investigating the incident.
