(WASHINGTON) - Early Monday morning, the Daviess County Sheriff’s Department was called to a home on St. John’s Road after a report of a domestic fight.
When officers arrived they arrested 31-year-old John Mills of Washington on charges of criminal trespass and domestic battery in the presence of a child.
Mills was taken to the Daviess County Security Center where he is being held on a $4,500 bond.
