(BLOOMINGTON) - A theft case involving lies about a narcotics-filled syringe buried under a bush has resulted in a Spencer man being accused of perjury for being untruthful in court.
24-year-old Shawn Lee Provines was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with felony perjury.
He was booked into the Monroe County Jail at 10:44 p.m. and held on $5,500 bond.
