(SEYMOUR) - A teenager accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl at a bus stop in the Seymour area earlier this week has been arrested.
18-year-old Adan Aguirre of Seymour faces a Level 4 felony charge of child molesting.
Seymour Police Chief Bill Abbott says that Aguirre also faces a charge of attempted possession of child pornography, a Level 6 felony, after he was accused of asking the girl to send photos of herself.
