(SEYMOUR) - A Jackson County man faces three Class A felony counts of child molesting after a woman told police in August that he sexually assaulted two children.
41-year-old Timothy Ray Poore of Seymour, accused of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy and a 9-year-old girl, was arrested Friday morning.
According to a probable cause affidavit, the charges stem from incidents that occurred between May 12, 2009, and Dec. 25, 2013.
