(UNDATED) - In July, the remains of a missing Orange County native were found in Shelbyville and her boyfriend has been charged with her murder.
46-year-old Scott Wayne Schuck says he didn't kill Rebecca Cassidy, who disappeared on April 10, 2010. Shelbyville Police Chief Keith England says officers discovered Cassidy's remains remains near Schuck's home.
Cassidy's mother, Pam Doty of Orangeville and her brother and sister-in-law are saddened but have a sense of relief now that they have closure.
A jury trial is scheduled for January 20th.
