(BEDFORD) - A Mitchell man was arrested after an accident Wednesday night on Washington Avenue.
According to a Bedford Police report, 28-year-old Kyle Wolcott of Mitchell was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OWI refusal to submit to chemical test and OWI endangerment.
Police say Wolcott was traveling east on 16th Street in a 1995 Ford Taurus and was approaching O Street when he crashed into the rear of a 2000 Isuzu Rodeo driven by 24-year-old Luke Flynn who was stopped at the stop light at O and 16th streets.
Neither Wolcott or Flynn were injured during the incident.
