Man Dressed As Batman Cuts Open Coin Dispenser

(BLOOMINGTON) - A man wearing a Batman mask and a camouflage coat and pants, used a power saw to hack open a coin dispenser at a laundry room in the 3100 blockof East Braeside Drive Friday night.

Officers were called to the area at 9:48 p.m. Friday.

According to Sgt. Ian Tate of the Bloomington Police Department, the man was seen by three video cameras in the laundry room around 1 a.m. before turning them to the wall.

The Batman mask, as well as a cutting tool, were found nearby and documented as evidence, but no arrests have been made.

Anyone with information about the robbery are asked to call Bloomington Police.
