(BEDFORD) - Grief is difficult any time of year, but during the holidays, it can be especially tough.
The grief support team at IU Health Bedford Hospital will be hosting 'Hope for the Holidays' on December 11 at 6 p.m.
This event is designed for those who have recently lost a loved one and will be grieving during the holiday season.
Participants will learn strategies for handling grief at this time of year and will be able to talk with bereavement professionals and other participants about their feelings.
