FBI Agents Raid Two Locations, Including Waverly Fire Chief's Home

(MORGAN CO.) - Neighbors watched as the FBI raided two locations in Putnam and Morgan counties on Monday.

The FBI spent hours at the Putnam County Sheriff's Office and at the home of Harrison Township Fire Chief Dave Allison in Waverly, in Morgan County. fire chief. The dual-county searches were believed to be connected.

Sources say nearly a dozen unmarked FBI vehicles were at fire chief's home.

FBI officials would only confirm they were conducting activity at the house and would not say what they were looking for.

Sources with the U.S. Attorney's office say that search was connected to a similar scene at the Putnam County Sheriff's Office in Greencastle.

FBI agents searched the sheriff's office and were seen removing several boxes from the property.
