(DAVIESS CO.) - Daviess County Highway Superintendent Phil Cornelius was recently named the Indiana Highway Supervisor of the year by the Indiana County Commissioners Association.
Cornelius says even though the honor is an individual award, it's not possible without the teamwork of county departments and government entities.
