(UNDATED) - A meth investigation launched by the Indiana State Police Meth Suppression Team on December 17, resulted in the arrest of 26-year-old Justice Lee of Fort Ritner.

Lee was charged with two felony counts of dealing in meth. At the time of her arrest she was out on bond on two other felony charges of dealing in meth from a July arrest.

In July, officers received a tip that Lee was involved in drug activity and search her home at 226 Perry Street. There police discovered more than 150 grams of crystal meth with a street value of $18,000, more than 15 grams of heroin with a street value of $5,000, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Police also seized more than $53,000, 4 vehicles and 2 Harley Davidson motorcycles.

Lee was not at the home during the search, but a warrant was issued for her arrest on felony charges of dealing meth, possession of meth, dealing a narcotic drug and maintaining a common nuisance. She is also facing misdemeanor charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

A separate ongoing meth investigation of 39-year-old Bret Krout of Zionsville lead to several felony warrants for his arrest.

Police linked Lee to Krout after they served a search warrant at Lee's home and found information about Krout's participation in illegal activity in Lee's cell phone.

Officers then secured search warrants for Krout's home, which police had under surveillance. As police were arriving at Krout's home they found him leaving in his black Ford Mustang.

When police attempted to stop his vehicle, Krout fled, which lead to a pursuit, standoff and ultimately Krout pointing a firearm at ISP SWAT officers.

When police searched Krout's home they found more than half a pound of crystal meth, firearms and currency of more than $5,000.

During a search of Krout's Mustang, officers found more than a quarter pound of crystal meth, marijuana, three firearms, and more than $25,000 in cash.

Anyone with information about either case or possible illegal drug activity can contact the Bloomington State Police Post at (812) 332-4411.
