Numerous Fire Departments Battle Blaze On Loogootee Square

(LOOGOOTEE) - Numerous fire departments are battling a blaze on the Loogootee Square.

Emergency personnel are set up along Main Street.

The Martin County Sheriff's Department have Highway 231 North and JFK closed near downtown and will they will remain closed for an unknown amount of time

Officials report Rosie's T-Shirt Shop located at 215 N. JFK Avenue caught fire around 10 a.m. They do not know what started the fire but the fire did spread to two other shops including Laurie's Flowers and His and Hers Beauty Salon.

Officials say no one has been injured.

Loogootee Fire Department, Shoals Fire Department, Crane Fire Department responded with their aerial truck, Cannelburg Fire Department, Reeve Township Fire Department, Martin County Civil Defense and Martin County Sheriff's Department are on the scene.
