(MITCHELL) - A Mitchell woman was arrested after she got into a fight with another woman early Sunday morning.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig officers were called to a home in the 260 block of Dogwood Acres at 11:14 a.m.
Police say a woman claims 29-year-old Latisha Johnson, of Mitchell, was charged with domestic battery with injuries and resisting arrest by force.
"The victim reported that Ms. Johnson had struck her in the chin," Craig says. "Then when she was placed under arrest she refused to cooperate and struggled with officers."
