(WILLIAMS) - A Williams man was arrested Saturday night after a domestic fight at his home in the 7500 block of Williams Road.
According to Lawrence County Sheriff Sam Craig, officers were called to the home at 9:09 p.m. after a woman reported a man had shoved her during a domestic fight.
When officers arrived they found the woman had suffered red marks on her neck and shoulder area.
The woman filed a domestic battery affidavit and police arrested 47-year-old Kerry Thompson on a charge of domestic battery in the presence of a minor.
Child Services was also contacted.
